How You Opt In

Consent is established when you affirmatively reply to our initial outreach message. Consent is not a condition of receiving our core services. You are not required to participate in SMS communications to pursue a claim through other means (phone, email, web form).

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message

Simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message from HBU Asset Recovery. This immediately unsubscribes you from all further SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Opt-Out Confirmation

After you send STOP, we will add your phone number to our do-not-contact list. We will not send you further SMS messages.
